中敷き交換

今回も修理で中敷き交換になります。

劣化してひび割れている状態です。
全く同じ色がありませんので、一番近い色で交換になります。
交換後はブランドロゴがなくなります。

まず中敷きを剥がします。
アーチ付きの新しいインナーと合わせて、元のサイズと同じになるようカットします。
中のクッションはまだ使えそうでしたので再利用します。
カットした新しいインナーに靴用ボンドを塗布し、靴の中も同じようにボンドを塗ります。

かかとからズレないように接着させて終了です。

アーチ付きとは？
アーチ付きは、土踏まず付近があるかないかの違いです。(写真赤丸部分)

This time as well, the insole will be replaced during the repair.

It is deteriorated and cracked.
We do not have the exact same color, so we will replace it with the closest color.
After replacement, the brand logo will disappear.

First, remove the insole.
Cut it to the same size as the original to match the new inner with arch.
The cushion inside looked like it could still be used, so I will reuse it.
Apply shoe glue to the new innerwear you cut, and apply glue to the inside of the shoe in the same way.

Finish by gluing it so it doesn’t slip off the heel.

What does it mean with an arch?
The difference with arched shoes is whether or not there is a part near the arch of the foot. (red circle in photo)
