婦人靴のオールソール

今回は婦人靴のオールソールになります。
DIORのロゴが無くなりますが、つま先の状態からして交換をオススメしました。

特に靴本体とソールを縫合していないため、靴用ボンドで接着しているセメンテッド式製法になります。

まずは、ソールを剥がします。
本体にダメージを追わないように慎重にヒートガンで剥がしやすくします。
次に、剥がしたソールを元に型取りをします。
かたどったソールをカットして、微調整のためまわりを少し削ったりして本体と合わせます。

星型の金具を再利用で取り付けます。
ソールがピッタリ合えば本体の底とソール接着面にボンドを塗布し、少し乾かしてから貼り合わせます。
最後にかかとゴム交換をしたら完成です。

ヒールが特殊な形状なため、ヒールも再利用してます。
なので、見た目のデザインはそのままです。
純正の素材ではなくなりますが、ハイブランドの修理も承っております。

In particular, because the shoe itself and the sole are not sewn together, it uses the cemented manufacturing method that is used for shoe bonds.

Next, peel off the sole.
To avoid damage, use a heat gun on the main body to make it easier to remove.
Next, make a mold based on the peeled sole.
Cut the shaped sole, shave a little around the circumference for fine adjustment, and match it with the main body.

Attach by reusing the star-shaped metal fittings.
If the sole fits perfectly, apply glue to the bottom of the main body and the next side of the sole, let it dry a little, and then stick it together.
Finally, I decided to change the rubber and it was completed.

Due to the special shape of the heel, we will also reuse the heel.
Therefore, the visual design remains the same.
Although the material is not genuine, we also accept repairs for high-end brands.
